Mackenzie is a Senior UX Designer driven by a passion for people, problem-solving, and storytelling. She specializes in crafting innovative, human-centered experiences through an empathetic lens. With extensive experience across freelance and agency roles, Mackenzie has worked on a wide range of projects from eCommerce platforms and mobile apps to complex systems and global transformation strategies. With a mission to deliver impactful solutions that simplify the intricate, Mackenzie strives to elevate brands and enrich the experiences of everyone who engages with them.

Jason Bowman, Executive Director, User Experience
Jason is a seasoned digital team leader and UX craftitioner who still loves solving problems. He has a true talent for guiding projects to successful launches as quickly and efficiently as possible. His expansive experience includes intranets, eCommerce, mobile apps, startups, marquee consumer brands, global agencies, and two sons. He is always looking for the right thing to create a better experience for users, clients, or teams—usually, all three.Otherwise, rule of threes be damned -- Jason prefers his measurements in equally-divisible multiples of four.
