Design Discourse with Colleen Finn

The creative mind is a two-sided coin.

One side is a fountain of creativity, ideation and energy. The other is an often-paralyzing mashup of anxiety, stress and self-doubt. Two sides with one common denominator: a lack of control magnified by poor time management skills. This LIVE one-hour virtual seminar provides a step-by-step time management method specifically designed for the creative mind and its unique challenges, so you get the most out of your day while also supporting your mental well-being.

Proven results include:

• Focused prioritization and completion of tasks

• Smoother coordination with teams

• Overcoming creative paralysis

• Long-term goal success

• Alleviation of anxiety and stress that get in the way of personal and professional success

This event will consist of a one hour seminar, followed by a 30 minute Q&A.
