Gather your best work – from print to interactive to motion and beyond – and join us at UIC’s Innovation Center for BINARY, our spring student portfolio review. All Graphic Design students are welcome, and you don’t need to be an AIGA member to participate!

This year our event has a theme: digital makers and best practices within the interactive industry. While feedback to all types of design work will be given, this time we’re focusing on what it takes to tell your story as an interactive designer. Gain insights, tips and tricks from key figures in Chicago’s interactive industry regarding how to both represent yourself and sharpen your design chops.

BINARY is broken apart into morning and afternoon review sessions, where you’ll spend a dedicated half hour with a creative reviewer giving you deep insight into both your work and your presentation style. Join us for a state-of-the-industry panel discussion over lunch, where you’ll hear direct from the pros what they’re looking for in interactive design talent today.

Reviewers represent a range of the city’s top studios, agencies and brands including ALSO, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett Department of Design, VSA, IDEO, Trunk Club, Gravity Tank and more.

Industry Panelists:

Noah Bernsohn (One Design Company)
Sharlene King (Morningstar)
Victoria Pater (Modest, Inc.)
Tanner Woodford (Chicago Design Museum)
Chris Eichenseer (Someoddpilot)
Tim Hogan (Ogilvy)

Attendance is limited to 40 participants. Registration must be completed by April 30. AIGA members and nonmembers are welcome.

$25 to reserve your spot.
Members get a $15 reimbursement at the door!
