Nancy has 25 years of experience growing businesses of all shapes and sizes. Her specialties include: brand strategy, value propositions and positioning, brand communications, new product commercialization, and business model development.

Prior to The Connell Group, Nancy was the Founder and Chief Strategist of Compass(x) Strategy, a brand strategy firm with a mission to make business a force for good. Nancy honed her business building and marketing skills running some of the world’s most iconic brands. including CorningWare, and various brands at Pillsbury and General Mills.
