AIGA Chicago's biggest event of the year—This Is Chicago—happens Thursday, June 12, and it's time to buy your tickets.

In honor of AIGA's centennial, the celebration will center on 100 Chicago designers’ visual responses to a simple question: "What does design in Chicago mean to you?"

Each response will be a single poster. All those posters will go on display at Venue One, the West Loop's premier event space. And one copy of each will be raffled off that night. You can purchase as many tickets as you'd like—for as many posters as you'd like—to up your chances of winning.

There's more to this thing than the posters, though. There's also an open bar with custom specialty cocktails. And next-level snacks. And a photo booth and DJs (the Superfriends), of course. And don't forget the opportunity to rub elbows with designers from the Post Family, Thirst, Sonnenzimmer, Cards Against Humanity, Someoddpilot, Plural, Firebelly, the Noun Project and VSA—just to name a bunch.

All of this, plus a raffle ticket, comes with your paid admission. You can buy your way in at the door, but it's even better (for everyone and your wallet) if you buy right here ahead of time.

All your friends will be there. You should come too.
