Semantic Search Lunch and Learn

If you have ever typed a question into Google looking for an answer, or misspelled a word (that Google corrected) you have experienced semantic search.  Search engines are evolving to understand the intent and contextual meaning of the words behind a search query, and provide the most relevant & useful results on your query, i.e. the topic. Many factors come into play, including (but not limited to) the actual user location, previous search history, smartphone versus desktop, and website content quality. If you are starting to develop a website or handle one for your design firm, this is for you!

  • Learn to write/develop website content around topics (not just key phrases)
  • Find out how to research questions your potential customers/prospects are researching for ongoing marketing efforts
  • Understand how semantic search will trend beyond 2017
