Join your friends at AIGA for our first event in our Well Aware series, a survey-spurred programming initiative all about mental health and wellness. This new series will tackle wellness struggles common in the creative community. You read that right, you’re 100% not alone.
At Well Aware: Belong, you’ll get a platform for peer-to-peer, meaningful discussion on mental health and belonging. Relationship educator and fellow designer, Trina Tan will share her knowledge about fostering belonging and provide tools you can use immediately to cultivate deeper connections—even in places you didn’t expect before. Plus, we’ll throw in a few resources for what to do next in your wellness journey!
We see you, we hear you, we are here for you.
