Think Like People: How to use Empathy in Design

This event is SOLD OUT! We will not be selling tickets at the door the night of the event. Thank you.

Magical thinking starts with human understanding, and human understanding connects our world.

Today, we need to work towards designing with “empathy” in User Experience Design, but how do we get there?

Join Solstice and AIGA Chicago for an evening of storytelling and methods with David Fiedler, Director of Experience for Wiley, where he’ll take us on his journey through Empathetic Storytelling through the lens of User Experience Design.

We’ll talk about how to navigate to a place of empathy, helping guide us in our work with clients and consumers and in our daily lives.

We’ll even learn about a simple framework that helps surface and create stories to better direct consumers’ purchasing behaviors.
