Thu, Jan 24, 2013 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Delicious Design League
3200 West Carroll, Suite 301
Chicago, IL 60624

This informal, interactive tour will take guests from the initial design to the preparation of artworking for printmaking. Attendees will receive a limited edition print designed by DDL for AIGA Chicago.

In today’s digital era, it’s hard to imagine making a career with equipment as rudimentary as screens, ink and paper. If you’re craving a more hands-on creative process and find yourself constantly looking for new ways to get messy in the studio, then join us at Delicious Design League for an exclusive inside look at their process and the business of printmaking.

Delicious Design League was started in 2006 by two friends; Jason Teegarden-Downs and Billy Baumann. With over ten years of experience in the design and ad biz they started Delicious simply as a rock poster design/screenprinting hobby. By 2008 it had quickly grown into a full-time design and illustration studio. Over that span they had gone from designing rock posters for bands you’ve never heard of to designing and illustrating for some of the most recognizable brands in the world.
