AIGA Awards Celebration

On Saturday, March 14, AIGA Chicago successfully cut through the city’s St. Patrick’s Day revelries to host an intimate gathering at Celeste on Hubbard Street, honoring the recipients of our 2014 awards.

For advancing the profession of design over the course of their careers, Wendy Pressley-Jacobs and VSA Partners’ Dana Arnett each took home a Fellow Award. For promoting excellence in design as business policy, Pitchfork Media and the ITT Institute of Design were presented with Corporate Design Leadership Awards. And for their long-standing commitment to AIGA Chicago and its membership, Dawn Hancock of Firebelly Design, as well as Steve Ryan and Scott Theisen of VSA Partners, each walked away with an Above and Beyond Award—graciously designed by the award-winning, Chicago-based product design and brand incubation firm MINIMAL.

We hope you’ll join us in congratulating each of these outstanding contributors to the Chicago creative community.
